Return Policy

At ePoddar, we believe in providing a seamless and customer-friendly returns process. Our returns policy is designed to offer you options for replacement and/or refund, ensuring a hassle-free experience. To facilitate a smooth process, please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Replacement/Refund
Returns accepted for Damaged/Defective/Different Item Delivered. For Damaged/Defective items, return option is limited to Replacement only. If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center for subsequent issues.
In case of damaged or different products, inform our WhatsApp Chat Support within 24 hours of delivery. No requests will be entertained post this period.
Note: For specific brands (Apple, Bose, Fossil, Jabra, JBL, OnePlus, Samsung, Sennheiser, Sony & Zhiyun), customers need to visit the respective brand service center for warranty claims on defective products. No returns accepted for reasons unrelated to product condition or preference.

PART 2 – GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN

  • To be eligible for a replacement/refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging and accessories.
  • Submit an unboxing video for cross-verification of damaged/different products.
  • The Return Window starts upon product delivery.
  • Our courier partner (Bluedart/Delhivery) will pick up the item from your premises.
  • Replacement/Refund will be initiated after the return package reaches our warehouse, and a quality check is completed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 4-6 business days.

PART 3 – CHARGES FOR REFUND UNDER DIFFERENT SCENARIOS

  • For Different Items: No Charges, Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations Policy:
    • You can cancel or edit your order within 8 hours of placing it.
    • Post the cancellation window, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
    • For prepaid orders, a 5% cancellation charge is applicable for payment processing.
    • Partial COD orders also incur a 5% cancellation charge for payment processing.
    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source in 5-7 business days.
    • A partial token amount for COD orders will be credited as a gift card post-deduction of cancellation charges.

Please note: The mentioned charges cover fees imposed by payment aggregators and are passed on to customers in case of cancellations. All legal matters are subject to Alwar Jurisdiction only.
